[Dailydrool] Thanks for the drool

Thanks so much to everyone for the drool slung in Horton the Foster's direction. After starting another round of antibiotics, his tummy finally seems to be doing well. No diarrhea or blood! I've waited a few days to report this, since we've had this going on so long that it's hard to believe he's doing so well. I plan to keep him on the i/d food for a while, since I bought an eight-pound bag of kibble for him, so we'll hope that when he switches back to normal food the problem is resolved. Since he wasn't eating well, he has a bunch of weight to add on, so that bag may not last long.

We are so thankful that he seems to have avoided a visit to the specialist, since Tri-State has more than enough vet bills to cover already, some from this little guy who has been through so much.
 
Now if we can just get Horton used to people, it would be wonderful. He's terrified of men, particularly. Any advice on this subject or drool for his fears will be happily accepted.
