[Dailydrool] Wayward Basset Hound in Sioux City

I was so surprised that no one from Iowa (I'm in North Dakota) wrote in about an "Agile Basset Hound Confounding Sioux City Neighborhood", which was in the Sioux City Journal last week.  My sister wrote to me because she was amused about the descriptions used when describing this basset hound who is sneaking into yards and stealing pet food while skillfully evading capture.  The paper says there is one problem:  The dog is "deceptively fast", "extremely smart" and has and uncanny ability to vanish into thin air.  (I am assuming they are certain this is a basset hound??)  Anyway, they are concerned he could succumb to the weather.  He is extremely thin and recently injured his hip. Noah's Hope is involved in trying to capture him.  He actually originally escaped from a rescue and he isn't socialized.  So, Droolers, please send some drool Bosley's way.
