Dale, I would call.  If something were to happen, to your family or 
someone else's, and you hand;t called, you will never forgive yourself.

Friends of friends run a rescue for medically needy animals.  Someone 
noticed a lot of dogs going in & out & called animal control. They came 
& visited, said she had a wonderful rescue and left.  She posted  the 
story on FB and said that she was glad that person had called because 
she knows that person will call again if there is a truly bad 
situation. She encouraged all her FB followers to call if there was any 
inkling of doubt.


If there's nothing wrong, then there's no harm done.

There's my 2 cents.
