[Dailydrool] Shelter Challenge

Momma here--old and sometimes does not think clearly or type well, but if I might remember ....and good possibility wrong....but is it a requirement that the group has to be registered with Petfinder to compete in the challenge?? I just tried to find Bluegrass there and it came up with no matches---anyone with clear thoughts on this out there, and perhaps I did not search correctly.
