[Dailydrool] Shelter Challenge

Bluegrass was supposed to get on Petfinders, as that is true,  it a rescue
is not on Petfinders, it cannot be in the Shelter Challenge.
I do not want to lose any votes,  not sure if Bluegrass has enough time to
qualify at this point,  so I am for going with 4 the Hounds also, as Anita
mentioned.
