Tilly and Phoebe lost their Ms Kitty with the same malignant tumors of the
mouth.  She stopped eating and after a few days, we noticed the swollen
areas around her mouth and brought her in to be diagnosed.  The vet told us
it was a painful type cancer and we should put her down soon so she would
not suffer.  

 

We brought her home for the night and returned to set her free to the
rainbow bridge in the morning.  That was  3 ½ years ago and we still miss
her soft purrs and sweet kitty licks.

 

So sorry you had to go through this with Bart Kitty.  It is a sad thing and
progresses so fast.
