[Dailydrool] Deer Flies

The deer flies are out here in Vermont, I consider them worse than black 
flies, and they BITE!!  They will bite you right through a T-shirt as 
you are mowing the grass, and they torment Fendi on our walks. Anyone 
know what would deter them from bothering her so?  I know many areas of 
the country won't know what deer flies are, but up in this area they are 
terrible during the summer months.
