[Dailydrool] Basset Buddies...

I'm glad to read that the Shelter Challenge web site was not working properly, as I worked and worked to try to get in to vote for Basset Buddies. All it ever did was come up as they were not in their file. 
It would be a nice thing if they were allowed to put a chip in page up, and maybe the good folks on the Drool could just send them each 50 cents? The cost of a piece of fruit.....
Or would this be not allowed?
