[Dailydrool] Shelter challenge

I found the contest early this morning.
I tried to vote for the rescue in Wisc., it worked, but I couldn't do my
usual 4 votes through various browsers.  I guess only 1 vote per e-mail
address.
I imagine we should keep Wisc. for the next REAL Challenge, but vote daily
in this one.
