[Dailydrool] Shelter challenge

OK Maybe it is because I am in the UK, but I cannot vote in the new doggy paddle selter challenge.

I managed to vote the first day and since then it says I have already voted - on both my desktop and laptop. I even tried chrome incognito and it said I had already voted.

Is anyone else having this problem?
