[Dailydrool] Trifexis

I am at a loss about the story about Trifexis.   it is in a pill form and not a liquid that goes on the skin.   It is used for heartworm and fleas.   So did the client lay the pill on the couch and put it on the dogs nails?????   Strange
 
My vet recommended Trifexis and they all give it to their dogs.
