[Dailydrool] 2 bassets in Ohio

There are 2 bassets in Ohio who need help. There is a 8 yr old male with a tumor in a high kill shelter. He is very sweet and loves kids. The owner told everybody the dog had to be put to sleep because of the tumor and 2 weeks later it ends up in the shelter and the neighbor who gave her the dog got a call because of the micro chip.. I have put a hold on him but we are not taking dogs right, no funds. 
There is also a 5 yr old red and white female in Scioto Co who looks so pittiful who needs a home. Also a kill shelter.
