Don't know if Yahoo is up to its old tricks again, or what, but have 
received "failed to deliver" messages for two people, one who DID get 
the message (Marie C) and one who maybe didn't (Valerie) when asking for 
permission to use DD posting.

Both Yahoo explanations say "refused to talk to me" AND "temporarily 
deferred due to user complaints."

Really?
