[Dailydrool] Sherlock's tummy

I realize this is several days late, so I hope Sherlock is feeling better.
Waldo had a habit of bloating, and those were his symptoms. So when Basil
started doing that same thing a few months after I adopted him, I rushed
him to the emergency vet. It turned out with him that his spleen was on the
verge of rupturing; this can apparently cause the same symptoms as bloat.
Just something else to watch out for.
