I don't know if you'll see any difference giving it to young, healthy dogs,
but it will not harm them.  You really see a difference with older dogs
(seniors) and dogs (or people) with heart problems.  Dosage really depends
on the individual.  I know Wal-Mart always carries 50 mg and 100 mg
capsules, think I'd start with 50 mg and see what happens.
