[Dailydrool] Anybody have any experience with whole body yeast overgrowth?

we are struggling with a whole body yeast overgrowth with poor commander Bo? the stuff that grows in their ears, but everywhere. Bo started turning black. I started mopping him all over with blue power ear solution but that didn't seem to be working, so we went to the vet. the vet started him onKetoconazole 400 mg. daily  (for two weeks, then half the dose for two more) and baths in KetoChlor medicated shampoo every other day. we are at the two week mark. the regimen has helped a lot but Bo is still growing yeast in his dewlap! where he is red and raw and also bleeds? He does not seem uncomfortable or itchy, but still looks awful. I have a recheck in two more weeks after the full course of meds and shampoos is done. I had expected to see more progress by now, so I'm wondering if any of you have dealt with this. My research on the web suggests he is prone to stuff like this because of his long term meds for the ulcerative colitis (specialized steroids).
