Just called the Vet, and the results haven't varied, still super high calcium, so he is going in for another draw.  Three weeks ago, his calcium was fine, liver not so much, and this is all changed now. 
He is only five. I am crying buckets already, and I have to pull myself together before the aide gets here for Mom.  Helen is wonderful, and I have cried in front of her before, but I hate these tears.  
I had a feeling something was off with the boy, but I didn't want to put the cart before the horse.  He seems really slacker lately, and on the one hand, I thought maybe he got "his brains", but actually he probably feels unwell, and it is too new and hard to figure out yet.
Please send him drool that this new test is better.
He is my lifeline.
