[Dailydrool] Bassets and telling time

Paddi B Basset and Vernon Q Basset definitely tell time. Of course they
know when it's time for their breakfast, lunch and dinner... mind you, they
also tell me about various other mealtimes that I don't recognize as the
day goes along. (Elevenses! Tea time! Late night snack! These are
theoretical mealtimes -- they have a theory that I should feed them then,
but I don't.)
