[Dailydrool] went to visit Maggie

Bill and I went to visit Maggie tonight, we had a consultation with DR.  
BOB.  Maggie has pancreatitis  BAD !  anything over 400 is  considered 
pancreatitis, hope your all sitting down, Maggies count was well over  900   closer 
to 1000  she is extremely sick and is on IV fluids  along with injectible 
pain killers and pepcid and something to stop the  retching.  she lifted her 
head when she heard our voice,  we stayed  with her sitting on the floor, 
well over an hour,  we left when she  fell back to sleep, but trust me, she 
was well informed on how much we love her  and miss her,  Dr. BOB "thinks she 
will recover "  but it will be a  slow process, he said she is mighty sick 
and he said I wont lie, she could die  from this, it's serious.
I know my Maggie, she will come thru this for her mommy.
Thank You to all my drool family who have written to me and are keeping me  
and Maggie in their prayers.
I got less than 2 hours of sleep last night I was up all night holding  
Maggie in my arms, wiping her mouth from all the smelly bile she was bringing  
up, I hurt, even in places I forgot I still had  bwahahaha
Im having a hard time with Annie, she keeps looking for her sister and sits 
 in the hallway by the back door and whines and whines and whines some  
more.  when I come home from the vets I have to take her out to the garage  and 
let her see that Maggie is NOT with me. we took her tonight with us to  the 
vets, she sniffed her Maggie and then she laid down beside her, Bill and I  
both lost it, good thing I took kleenex
