[Dailydrool] calendar and old eyes

Bill here, not speaking for MIss Angela this time.

I  am glad someone wrote in about the colors on this month's 
calendar.  I found them to be almost unreadable except in just
the right light.  Imagining how much work was put in on making 
that calendar happen, I wasn't going to be churlish enough to 
complain, but now that the subject has been opened, I have to
add my two cents.  

My problem may be old eyes, but I don't think so.  I think that
the combination of pink and gray, while soooo chic in 1950s
kitchens and bathrooms, was an unfortunate selection for 
our calendar.  I showed it to Miss Angela and she said"What
writing?"  Still, as long as it wasn't her calendar day, she could
not care less.  

I love the calendar and greatly appreciate the efforts of Laura and
her calendar elves  but that said, I miss out on the names of the
hounds and thier people.  And I do miss that.
