[Dailydrool] Black armpit and maybe chin

Hello droolers.  As you know Morse is a lover of mud and so I don't stress out when I see him mucky.  However, I thought he had some dried mud under his arm and so tonight tried to soak it off as he had been licking at it.  But no, there is no mud coming off at all - he is black under his arm.  I am guessing this is an infection, a yeast infection, an allergy?  I have no idea.  Do I need to take him to the vets or would Malaseb work?  I think he has a little bit starting on his chin too.  All his other legs are fine.
