[Dailydrool] Pheromone Collars

Has anyone heard of pheromone collars? They're supposed to have a calming effect. A friend mentioned she bought them for her cats when her son moved back home with a dog and a cat. She said they helped. They're also available for dogs, on Amazon and in local pet stores. Gumbo is upset by certain dogs (unneutered malesin particular). I wonder whether a pheromone collar would help?
