Fred

Fred, 10 years old, came to us 20 pounds overweight, with dental disease and in pain from hip and back problems. He had been housebound for months with his sick owner. 

After he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and arthritis, we set him up with pain medication and a loving foster family that’s providing him with a balanced diet and plenty of exercise. 

Today he’s down to a healthy weight! He has a new “leash” on life and loves going for multiple walks each day. He’s even receiving homeschool training! He’s all set up now to find a forever home where he can continue living the good life he deserves.


Bonnie and Clyde

Bonnie and Clyde were surrendered to us as an inseparable bonded pair, 8 and 9 years old, after having been with the same family most of their lives. They were given up after their owners had kids. Initially in boarding, they were very depressed, not eating or interacting. 

Bonnie needed more than a dozen teeth removed and treatment for two infections. Clyde also required some dental work and help fighting off a nasty ear infection of his own. 

Now they’re back to their usual best friend antics in a foster home while we search for their forever family so they can spend the rest of their days together!
