[Dailydrool] A waddle from the 70's! Look at the costumes!

That "waddle" is a scene was filmed at the Annual Picnic of the Basset Hound
Club of Southern California.  Columbo and his hound made an appearance
(hence the filming) for part of one of his episodes.  There are many
droolers who are in that scene.  Maybe they will come forward and identify
themselves and give more information about being "on the scene".
