​Our village also restricts us to "3 four-legged animals per household"
which has made me consider buying a herd of sheep ​and cutting one leg off
each one so that I would have three-legged animals not four legged animals.
Of course the Bassets were not in favor of this nor, I suspect, would some
other folks be. Maybe I could adopt ten or eleven three-legged dogs. It
does not, for example, say anything about 3-legged pets.
