​I am making a leap of faith here and assuming your Vet did a urine
analysis and examined your boy's...ahem..penis. I did have a Basset boy who
damaged his weenie (That's the scientific term).
You've done everything right by going to the Vet and I am sure ear slits,
broken nails and violent sneezing have all been ruled out.
I hope it never happens again and that it is meaningless.
