[Dailydrool] Wyoming rescue challenge need info

Greetings all;
It is a beautiful day in Colorado with my Biscuit!  He loves the dry heat. 
Could someone explain to me how to vote for the Wyoming shelter challenge?  I would love to see the basset rescue win but don't know how to vote for it.
