[Dailydrool] Angel addition

Greetings everyone; 
My daughter is married to a wonderful Marine and they are stationed in Okinawa, Japan.  
She is pregnant with her first child and she has serious complications.  She has preeclampsia and high blood pressure.  
Jessica and Scott still had my Biscuit last Christmas, so this is the first Christmas that my Jessica has been without a basset hound since the year 2000.  They had to givc up their cat in order to go to Japan. 
Jessica's husband is a wonderful man.  She is more than lucky.  She has been in and out of hospitalnow 3 times and the last visit was 3 weeks overThanksgiving.  She is on strict bed rest, and if she goes back to the hospital, she will remain there for the rest of her pregnancy.  She was due on February 8, but it is doubtful she will be able to maintain until then. 
It aches my heart more than words that she is so far away and doesn't have friends there yet.   Her hubby has said that if my health allows for it, he will help me get a flight over to meet my new Granddaughter in the Spring.   I can't wait!!!!
Scott is six foot five and has been sleeping in a chair in the hospital with her, somehow that is so precious to me!!!  
If folks have an extra card, I know it would make them smile.
