[Dailydrool] Tomato thieving

My Basset girl Sally, who we lost last year at age 17, was a tomato thief of amazing skill and persistence.  I finally gave up growing them when I saw her pushing a step stool under the hanging planter, which was a last ditch effort to get some tomatoes before she did.  I just picked my first ripe tomato today, and was a little bit sad.  Hopefully wherever she is, they have tomato vines for her to harvest at will.
