We are winding down our senior pawtner project where we pair humans
with senior basset hounds in rescue to send them a package - so far
we’ve paired 85 hounds with about 100 people!  It is so rewarding
to do something for these seniors, many of who have never had 
anything to call their own before.  I have just gotten information
on a few more hounds, two of which are the girls from the hoarding
situation that Ohio Basset Rescue took in.  If you are interested in
doing something for a hound, please email me at dlindy at mac.com
with your name in the subject line so I won’t overlook your email.

You’ll get an email about the hound, a mailing address and contact
information in case you have questions, some suggestions as well
as a picture or two of the dog.  Foster families often post pictures 
on our Facebook page or send to the human pawtner so they 
can see the dog and their goody boxes. It’s wonderful to see the
old guys and gals so happy!
