[Dailydrool] Oh We Are Complete Again!

Just catching up so many backlogged posts! Thanks for the ASPCA plant  list 
Bev, I printed it (All 35 pages).
So many wonderful Basset friends going to the Bridge, so heart wrenching  
that I wish I could reach out to all of their families. It takes me back to 
all  of my losses. As far a Basset names go, Duchess, just looked like one 
when she  held up her puppy head and looked you in the eye. Charley was GABR 
rescue that  came as Harley, so I just changed it up a bit. Roland was such a 
goofy guy, my  son looked at him and said he was a Roland (?), Daisy came 
from GABR and had  been returned to them twice, so I kept her name to reduce 
her stress. Tucker was  a purchase after I lost 2 Bassets within 6wks of 
each other. His name came to me  as I was sitting in the house looking at the 
spot where Charley(my heart dog)  had died, so Charley named him for me. Our 
latest, Sully from GABR also came  with is name, so we are keeping it. 
Speaking of Sully, he is one big goofy guy  and has brought untold joy back to 
our house! We are complete again at 3.  Everyone is bonding and running and 
having a great time. By the way Droolers,  don't let Marlene give up, we all 
know she is a great dog mom, there has to be  someone out there for her!
