> We took Stuart to the vet this evening. He ate about two bags of dog treats as he went to sleep.
> He was a good dog, a real character. You always knew when he arrived, whether it was a dog show, a hospital, retirement homes or elementary school, he would bark his joy for all to hear.
> Now he is anxiety and pain free. I like to think he is with Sammy the Springer and Wallace the Bldhnd. He will be, as we will put them all near the point at our cabin. Maybe the grandchildren will help me make 3 circles of rocks, one for each dog. Then a stone to write their names on. That is what my Mom did when her pets passed away.
> In fact, all these years later (50), the owner of the cottage says those circles are still there.
> Sleep pain free Stuart. We will all miss you.
