[Dailydrool] Basset in Stroudsburg, PA

Tri-State Basset Hound Rescue contacted the shelter and was informed that our help was not needed, no idea why:((( Very upsetting, needless to say. All paws crossed, with prayers to St. Francis that someone steps in and rescues, fosters or adopts this sweetheart. I just don't get it...(shakes head sadly).
