I am not sure what the deal is, but Conley and Doc just announced that
before any little boy Bassets are allowed in the house near Merta Lou there
is a---test or--questionnaire that has to be filled out and read by one or
both of Doc & Conley and then---maybe--will the Boy Basset have permission
to visit Merta Lou.'
As I say I don't--oh wait there's  more:
Yes, Conley says "This means you, Tony buddy"
