[Dailydrool] Lost Fuzzy

We lost Fuzzy this past week he stopped enjoying his treats so we took him
to the vet and found he had developed a stomach cancer he was in pain so we
put him to rest. 

Today we got a new girl into rescue, she is six years old, she is a pretty
black and white and has a droopy eye where she had been kicked in the face
by an abusive man trying to strangle his wife and the dog bit his leg, the
man let go of the dogs momma but kicked this poor basset girl in the face
right in her right eye and she has a droopy right eye. She was given up by
her mom who left the husband and lost her home and was with another man for
four years until today he is moving in with his girlfriend and his
girlfriend has cats the Basset chased the cats when they met each other.  I
say get rid of the girlfriend but no he got rid of his basset baby .  I will
be taking her to the vet tomorrow. To see if she is okay and have the vet
look at her face and let me know if she is okay.

We took in another red and white 12 year old about three weeks ago who had
never been inside. She is now potty trained and doing well.
