Are you sir, implying that a little girl basset should be expected to go out into the yard alone and unguarded when it is dark or cold or rainy or scary or windy or noisy or anything????
That is ridiculous.  Absurd.  And down right shocking.  Obviously if she cannot be escorted she will need to pee on the floor and it will NOT BE HER FAULT.
SHAME on YOU sir for even suggesting otherwise.
