[Dailydrool] Debbies Dawgs Senior Pawtner project

Debbies Dawgs is doing a senior pawtner project where
we pair humans and senior bassets in rescue. You get some
info and a picture or two of a hound and then you send a
package(s) to the hound.  Some people like to continue
sending to their hound pawtner but this is not a requirement.

This project has been very successful in the past and gives
the hounds something of their very own - some of these
rescues may not have had that in a long time. A hound
who spent most of his or her life outside may have never
a bed of their own or toys or a blankie.  Some of the hounds
have more needs, others we just send treats and a toy or
new collar or a blanket, etc. It has been very rewarding
for the hounds, the foster family and the human pawtner.

our Debbies Dawgs page and you can see pictures of 
the hounds that have gotten their packages already. The
foster families post them so we can all see the hounds.
If you are not on FB, I will forward the pictures of your
hound pawtner to anyone who signs up.

Our next $5 Friday is in about 2 weeks - June 3rd. Our
rescue for June is Carolina Baaset Hound Rescue. I will
post addresses for donations closer to $5 Friday.  Last
month we raised just over $2200 for Droopy in PA!
