​Hi all you big ole handsome hunka Bassetitudes out there this is lil ole
Mizzz Merta Loooou, how is all you all hansome devils? MizzMertaLoooou is
feelin sooo very strange these days and she'd like to chat about it with
one a you biiiig, strron------------------------


This is MotherPerson interrupting. Merta Lou will be not writing much for
the next week or two.
It seems that although she is spayed there is a piece of Ovarian tissue
left behind or perhaps it wandered during fetal development. At any rate it
causes her to have a "season"  even though she is sterile and cannot have
puppies because there is no longer a uterus, that teeny microscopic bit of
tissue produces enough hormone to send her into a kind of fake season twice
a year.
Both Doc and Conley have duly taken note of her condition and for her part
she is flirting shamelessly. Conley is neutered but Doc is not and I think
it possible that there may be some conflict this tme. Last time Conley paid
no attention last time but now..........
Anyway   Tell your big hunks of Basset love to forget about it.
