You didn't post your e-mail address. 10 is not old. If she is doing okay.
The doc can do a needle aspiration and look at it in a slide and see if it
looks suspicious.  We adopted Lacy when she was 10 because she was "too old"
She is 16 now and doing great. If the cyst is a bad one the sooner you get
it removed the better the chances.
