I am very happy you solved your itchy mystery Val! I hope treatment for both of you won’t take long and is successful. I do want to mention that if you suspect some sort of grain allergy for your hound and are feeding grain free to eliminate issues, then using a shampoo with oatmeal can backfire. Oatmeal is soothing- but not if you have a hound with grain allergies.
