[Dailydrool] Shelter Challenge

I have no idea when the shelter challenge will start up again it has not
posted a new event since last November so I assume it is not going to start
up again. 

If anyone sees anything about a new challenge please let us all know where
you see it. I was looking every day for the longest time and now have lost
interest and look maybe every week or two.
