Do trainers actually work with helping dogs not pee in the house?

My Pancho has been getting worse and worse with peeing in the house, he LOVES to pee on beds. He peed on 2 beds last night and the laundry room where we keep him during the day. 

We’ve had him checked out by a few vets and they can’t find anything wrong with him other than having a few lumps that aren’t bothering him.
