[Dailydrool] Dry eyes

Our sweet Beau has been diagnosed with dry eyes. The vet gave us Remend lubricating drop, but they're expensive ($20). Has anyone used human moisturizing eye drops on a dog?  

I found some eye drops with good reviews at 1800petmeds, so I may just order them. They're only $7.
