Carol,

I used this harness with my Bosley and it was worth every penny -
it’s a Help Em Up Harness and it does have a handle. It makes
it so much easier to get dogs in and out of your vehicle, into a 
wagon, or into the vet clinic.  It’s a little pricey but it was a lifesaver
for me and for Bosley. I highly recommend it to anyone whose
bassets have mobility issues -  probably works great for a stubborn
basset, too!
