[Dailydrool] Third Eyelid tumor

Has anyone had a Basset with a tumor on their 3rd eyelid?  The vet believes that Gallagher does (she's sending pictures to a specialist to verify).  

He's very prone to cysts elsewhere (we should have called him "Lumpy").  Hoping for the best here, but interested in learning of other's experience.
