Since there seems to be some confusion here, thought I'd post about Harness Lead, Daphneyland & Hounds.

Several years ago my pal Tia (Pitbulls & Parollees) called and said "OMG!!! This new lead is AMAZING! The gal that makes them is sending some out to you!"
A fedex package arrived, and it sat on my front wind free zone for a bit. Let's face it, in training we all have our favorite tools and are as stubborn as our hounds.
When I got the call from Hilary Swank and The Hilaroo Foundation on a new program starting up - and was given 4 days to train 25 rescue hounds to attend a week long youth camp with Down Syndrome, Autistic kids - I looked around and threw that box in my van thinking "Still wrapped in plastic! No drool, hair or dust on them! Maybe they will come in handy".
Day #1 at camp. Restless hounds doing what they do, either dragging kids all over, or going flat. Restless kids not familiar with dogs in general let alone hounds, choking, dragging, crying or frustrated. Disaster, right?
In frustration I thought - HEY! LET'S TRY THOSE HARNESS LEAD THINGY'S. So I did. Took a bit to figure out the fitting, printed directions are not great and I was at the Guide Dogs Of America Training Facility, under Confidentiality Clauses thus no internet access was to be had.
Within 20 minutes those kids - the ones that society throws away, were professional dog handlers. WTF?
That night after the first day of camp, I looked up the gal that made them. Lisa. I called her.
Not only was this lead designed by her (and she got the patent as well), but she designed it for pulling and for dog aggressive dogs. Long story. You can read it on her website.
The next 3 weeks of camps rolled by, and this lead is BRILLIANT! We immediately stocked up and it has been the only leash of Daphneyland ever since.
I began carrying them in my glove box, purse, anywhere I go I always have an emergency on hand. If I am sitting in the vets office and a 1 year old bully is on a choke, owner does not have control, a 4 pound mini is sitting across the room on a retractable - I gift harness leads and "gift" them to both, giving instruction. I have been known to emergency park on a busy street if a dog is out of control, on a choke, prong, retractable, etc. and give a demonstration asking the owner to gift it forward to another. I have donated them to animal control officers, trainers, animal schools, shelters, other rescues - every hound adopted through Daphneyland goes home with a Harness Lead.
It truly is brilliant - the few folks who have called me to tell me they did not like it, are usually the ones that do not actually listen and have not fitted the lead to their dog correctly.
At my request, Lisa donated leads to All Star Dog Spectacular Show, 2018 American Rescue Dog Show, any media opp we get or others that I might be assisting with gets that call.
How did we manage to get 50 bassets, bloods, beagles and a couple of mixes through press corps, red carpet, bar and a live celebrity audience, onstage and present an Emmy? HARNESS LEAD.
The lead has sold several million, is online through Amazon as well as QVC.
Thus when Lisa decided she needed to go to the next level, looking for investors and most importantly MARKETING. She decided to do a Shark Tank Casting Call.
She had IM'd me, it was a day I was not on the computer, so I did not get alerted until one of my trainers called me to tell me Lisa was looking for 2 dogs. I signed in.
2 dogs is nifty, a pack is SHOW STOPPING.
It was our pleasure to coordinate a pack of bassets (and a Blood) to be there for the casting call. Yes in fact we stood out.

We literally had people jumping out of line and running in front of buses to pet the hounds. Many proclaiming in tears that they saw Thunder on the Hallmark Show. Thunder of course ate it up.
Casting crew needed a stress relief, and the hounds brought them that. Each hound there has been trained in basics and CGC. It was indeed a love fest.

The hounds are not yet scheduled to be ON Shark Tank - we brought them to Morongo Valley Casino in support of Lisa Flynn and the amazing Harness Lead.
Lisa did her pitch, I made the threat: "If this product gets onto Shark Tank we pledge to bring 70 hounds to drool on the Sharks".
Now its a 2 week waiting process to see if Lisa gets invited to round #2 which is a video submission, still no guaranty of being ON the show.
I told Lisa...... "I see our next meeting to be ON Shark Tank, so let's plan something for 70 hounds and volunteers to do AFTER filming".
In the meantime, any educational rescue media event you see Daphneyland participate in, know that we are wearing Harness Lead. I insist upon it.
