Bev, I am so very sorry about Conley.  His letter brought tears to my eyes.  He words are so right about all those out there needing homes and love.  You both will be in my prayers and Millie's drool.  Fly free sweet hound, and say "Hi" to my Charlie and Ben for me.  Please accept my sincere sympathy.
