YOUR  “HEART DOG”
Do you have, or more likely did you have, an extra-special dog in your lifetime, Basset or otherwise? Maybe he or she is still with you, but more likely has passed on, and only later did you realize you had lost an irreplaceable friend and companion. Of course, you miss them all, and they all may have left scars or scratches on your heart, but this one left a hole in it. Tell me about that one….
How did he or she come into your life? what did he/she look like? Any special habits or quirks?
