[Dailydrool] Pippi saves the day

The dogs were in their yard this morning and I was picking rocks in the back. This kids had planted a Mother’s Day shrub for me so I needed rocks to extend the garden. I was delighted to find some Lady Slipper plants and was carefully avoiding them, as well as the fox den. 

Pippi sounded the General Alarm and I heard some rustling in the leaves behind me. It was a bear. Not really an unusual occurrence here but this one was very close. Armed with only a rake and a phone I just started yelling but the bear was already on the run, thankfully away from me. 
Discretion being the better part of valor, I did not get the phone out to take a picture till it was too late.
