[Dailydrool] Beauford and Bugsey Update

Hi all,
Ordinarily I would wait for an update, but since people are showing
concern, I will give the info I have, Bugsey is completely back to normal
and he still has about 4 days of meds. He is back to his kangaroo food.

Beauford is doing fine. The incision was SO swollen when I picked him up on
Friday. He was stomping around all evening demanding food. We feed at 8 and
8 so we had to put up with him for several hours. Meanwhile the swelling is
going down nicely. If anyone has any brilliant ideas on how to keep that
incision dry while I wash the rest of him, I would really appreciate it. He
has flaky skin and tons of tiny itchy scabs. He is scratching miserably and
I think he would feel like a new dog if I could exfoliate him and then
follow up with a nice moisturizing conditioner. The remaining incision is
on his back, over the very top of his hip.
